In studying the internet it became apparent that there was another source of Israeli dancing beyond what this web site has documented in some 250 or so scripts. This was emphasized when one of our editors was invited to "The Taste Of The Suburbs" in King Of Prussia and sat next to a woman named Roz who recounted her Saturday morning sessions with Israeli dance at Congregation Beth Yeshua, a Messianic Jewish facility. Coincidently, another of our editors was talking to Hanan, a regular at Beth Sholom, Germantown and a semi regular at Don's Thursday class. Hanan also talked about instances of Israeli dance at his synagogue. Hanan also was talking about Beth Yeshua. Further discussions between this web site and Hanan determined that Hanan was a Rabbi at the synagogue and through him we were able to secure an invitation to film their services (specifically where and when dancing was involved).

Our photographer got to the synagogue early and filmed the musicians, at the front, who greeted the congregant's entrance with music. One of the musicians is one of Hanan's sons so we are told. Later, as the service progressed our photographer tried to film the dancers (without disrupting the congregants). In the end we also photographed Hanan's presence at the synagogue (Roz was not present at the service that day). While the music is not something Israeli dancers would be familiar with (although we are told that on occasion several Israeli dancers are performed), the steps are very similar.
